Frequently asked questions

How do I put a PDF page into a chat or a slide?

Convert the page to JPG and add the image like a photo: many chat apps, presentation apps and websites do not accept PDFs but do accept JPG. To convert only some pages, type them under “Pages”, such as 2 or 1-3.

The text in the image looks blurry. What can I do?

Choose a higher resolution and convert again. 150 dpi suits viewing on a screen; 300 dpi keeps small text sharp when you zoom in or print, but the files are larger. For pages with thin lines or small text, PNG keeps the edges crisper than JPG.

Can I use it for confidential documents?

Yes. Your browser opens the PDF and draws its pages on your device. Neither the PDF nor the images are uploaded, so contracts, invoices and other confidential documents stay on your device.

Can I convert a password-protected PDF?

No. PDFs that ask for a password when you open them are not supported. Open it in your PDF app with the password, save a copy without protection, and convert that copy.

Are my files uploaded to an outside server?

No. Everything runs in your browser, so your files never leave your device. The page only downloads the tool's own code when you add the first file.
