What is PDF metadata?
Information about the document that is stored in the file rather than on its pages: the author, title, subject, keywords, the application that created it and the dates. Many PDF viewers show it under “Properties”.
Do these tools change how my PDF looks?
Removing metadata leaves the pages as they are. When you make a PDF from images, JPG photos are placed without re-compressing them, so they keep their quality.
Can I use password-protected PDFs?
